4. Collection of personal information
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including information:
By which you may be personally identified, such as name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline;
That is about you but individually does not identify you (such as usage statistics); and/or
About your internet connection, the equipment you use to access the Platform, and usage details.
We collect this information:
Directly from you when you provide it to us, including as part of our onboarding you to the Platform and providing training and support.
Automatically as you navigate through and use the Platform. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies (see Section 13 (Cookies) below for more information).
From third parties, for example, our business partners.
The information we collect on or through our Platform may include:
Information that you provide by filling out forms on our Platform. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use the Platform, subscribing to our service, uploading material, or requesting additional services. We may also ask you for information when you report a problem with our Platform.
Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.
Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes.
Details of transactions you carry out through our Platform and of the fulfillment of your orders. You may be required to provide financial information before placing an order through our Platform.

We may also use your information to contact you about our products and services that may be of interest to you. If you do not want us to use your information in this way, please toggle off the relevant toggle on the form when you create an account.
We do not sell any personal information to third parties.
6. Disclosure of your personal information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Snackable’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Snackable about our Platform users is among the assets transferred.
To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it.
For any other purpose with your consent.
We may also disclose your personal information to third parties:
To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request.
If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of Snackable, our customers, or others.
As permitted or required by any applicable law, rule or regulation. To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you choose to share your personal information, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communication from a third party, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.
7. How long do we keep your personal information?
Snackable does not retain personal information longer than is necessary for the purpose of processing the personal information.
We will retain personal information related to contracts during the term of the contract. As a general rule, Snackable will retain your personal information as long as it is necessary for the provision of the services during the term of the contract between you and Snackable and for 3 years after the term of the contract. In this regard, as a general rule, if you have not used our Platform for 3 years (you have not logged in to your profile on our Platform for 3 years), your profile and all personal information therein will be deleted, unless we have a legal basis for retaining your personal information for longer time period.
8. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Promotional offers from us. If you do not wish to have your contact information used by us to promote our own products or services, you can opt-out by toggling off the relevant toggle on the form when you create an account. If we have sent you a promotional email, you may use the unsubscribe link in the email to be omitted from future email distributions.
9. Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.
10. California Privacy Rights
California's "Shine the Light" law (Civ. Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. 11. Accessing and correcting your personal information
You may send us an email at email@example.com to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
We are relying on your consent to process your personal information and you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Please note however, that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of such personal information before any such withdrawal of consent.
12. Policy for minors
Our Platform is not intended for children under the age of 18. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information via the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any personal information via the Platform, register on the Platform, make any purchases through the Platform, or otherwise provide any personal information to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a minor, we will delete that data. If you believe we might have any information from or about a minor, please contact us as indicated in Section 14 (Contacts) below.

Strictly necessary cookies: These cookies are essential in order to enable you to navigate on the Platform and use the features of Platform.
Functional cookies: These Cookies record information about choices you have made and allow us to tailor the Platform, and remember choices you make such as language preference, country location, or other online settings and provide personalized or enhanced features that you select, so that next time you visit you won’t have to enter the same information again.
Statistics cookies: These Cookies record information about the way our Platform is used, to acquire knowledge on how often our Platform is visited, where on our Platform our visitors spend the most time, how often they interact with a page or part of a page, enabling us to make the structure, navigation, and content of our Platform as user-friendly as possible.
