Snackable is the owner and operator of Snackable web sites and, their subdomains and the web-based solutions, including the software, databases, interfaces, associated media, documentation, updates, new releases and other components or materials incorporated therein or integrated therewith (hereinafter collectively the “Platform”) enabling our clients (referred to in this Policy as “you” ) to use Snackable services provided via the Platform in accordance with Snackable Terms and Conditions available at

Changes to our Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are responsible for periodically visiting this Privacy Policy to check for any changes. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Platform after the date on which any such revised Privacy Policy is posted. We are not responsible for the actions of third parties with whom you choose to share your personal information, and we have no authority to manage or control third-party solicitations. If you no longer wish to receive correspondence, emails or other communication from a third party, you are responsible for contacting the third party directly.

7. How long do we keep your personal information?

Snackable does not retain personal information longer than is necessary for the purpose of processing the personal information. 

We will retain personal information related to contracts during the term of the contract. As a general rule, Snackable will retain your personal information as long as it is necessary for the provision of the services during the term of the contract between you and Snackable and for 3 years after the term of the contract. In this regard, as a general rule, if you have not used our Platform for 3 years (you have not logged in to your profile on our Platform for 3 years), your profile and all personal information therein will be deleted, unless we have a legal basis for retaining your personal information for longer time period.

8. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information

We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:

Data Security

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.  

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.  

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.

California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. As of the date of this Privacy Policy, Snackable is not required to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (Civ. Code § 1798.100) (CCPA).  

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civ. Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Platform that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Accessing and correcting your personal information

You may send us an email at to request access to, correct or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect. 

We are relying on your consent to process your personal information and you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Please note however, that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing of such personal information before any such withdrawal of consent.

Policy for minors

Our Platform is not intended for children under the age of 18. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information via the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any personal information via the Platform, register on the Platform, make any purchases through the Platform, or otherwise provide any personal information to us. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a minor, we will delete that data. If you believe we might have any information from or about a minor, please contact us as indicated in Section 14 (Contacts) below.

13. Cookies

Our Platform may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies (collectively, “Cookies”). This section describes how we use Cookies in connection with your use of the Platform. 

Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive by a website. Cookies help us monitor and improve the functionality and usage of our Platform and your experience on Platform. We can use Cookies to see which areas and features are popular and to count visits to our Platform to recognize you as a returning visitor and to tailor your experience of the Platform according to your preferences. You can delete or block Cookies on the Platform through your browser settings at any time. However, some Cookies might be necessary for the functionality of the Platform. We also make use of widgets for social media which allow users access to content on different social media platforms (among others: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn). To better understand how and what information is collected via social media and what Cookies are used by any such third party, please see the current privacy policy for each of the social platforms respectively.

Some web browsers may give you the ability to enable a “do not track” feature that sends signals to the websites you visit, instructing that you do not want your online activities to be tracked; however, these features are not uniform and there is no common standard that has been adopted by industry groups, technology companies or regulators. Be aware that this is different from blocking or deleting cookies, and that browsers with “do not track” features enabled may still accept cookies. While the Platform does not currently recognize and respond to “do not track” signals, if we do in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
